New Strategic Plan 2021-2025
The current Strategic Plan (2021-2025) identifies the
different challenges that IBEI is currently facing, indicating a set of strategic objectives to be decisively promoted in the coming years. The mission and vision of the Institute have also been reviewed, taking into account the current context and the evolution of IBEI in recent years.
HRS4R Action Plan
In July 2021 IBEI received a positive mid-term assessment from EURAXESS for the implementation of the HRS4R Action Plan (2019-2023). This interim assessment concluded that IBEI is progressing with the implementation of appropriate and improved quality actions in the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers. The ‘HR excellence in research’ award reflects IBEI’s commitment to continuously improve its human resources policies in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, notably its commitment to achieve fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal procedures.
